About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

MIS Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Excel, a knack for data analysis, and experience in tracking and improving team performance. You will be responsible for creating dashboards, generating reports, analyzing trends, and helping the management make informed decisions through data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain

Excel dashboards

to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate daily, weekly, and monthly

MIS reports

for different teams and departments.

Analyze employee performance

data and present actionable insights. Keep regular

track of individual and team performance

metrics.

Distribute leads/data

to employees in a structured and timely manner. Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting needs and customize dashboards accordingly. Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting and interpretation. Assist in

automation of reports

wherever possible to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months of relevant experience

in MIS/Data handling roles. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional formatting, etc.). Experience in creating and managing

dashboards

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of

Google Sheets, Power BI, or other data tools

is a plus. Prior experience in an Sales environment.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
