Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven MIS Executive to join our team in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in MIS, with strong expertise in Macros, VLOOKUP , and managing large-scale data sets (1 billion+ records daily) . The candidate should be accountable, take complete ownership of tasks, and proactively manage challenges independently. Escalation to the Reporting Manager (RM) should be made only when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and maintain advanced MIS reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business operations.

2. Utilize Excel Macros, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions to automate and streamline reporting processes.

3. Efficiently handle and process 1 billion+ data records daily, ensuring high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

4. Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

5. Design and maintain dynamic Excel-based reports, pivot tables, and automation tools.

6. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing assigned responsibilities.

7. Take initiative to resolve issues independently and escalate to the Reporting Manager only when required.

8. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

9. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company standards and policies.

10. Proactively identify discrepancies or issues in data and implement solutions in real-time.

Pay: ?11,275.24 - ?30,000.00 per month
