Assist in daily supply chain activities including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
Coordinate with vendors, kitchen teams, and warehouse staff to ensure timely supply of raw materials and consumables.
Monitor inventory levels across outlets and raise purchase requests as needed.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement, delivery schedules, and purchase orders.
Track material consumption and minimize wastage through efficient planning.
Support vendor onboarding, documentation, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during material handling and storage.
Key Requirements:
Basic understanding of supply chain or inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of ERP tools is a plus).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work under timelines.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced restaurant environment
