Job Description

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and maintain

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

for management review.

? Analyze sales, operations data to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.

? Create dashboards and performance trackers for various departments (Production, etc.).

? Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all business reports and systems.

? Coordinate with internal teams to collect data, automate reports, and streamline data flow.

? Support management with ad-hoc data analysis, forecasting, and presentations.

? Maintain and update database systems using Excel, ERP tools, or relevant software.

? Assist in process improvement initiatives and develop SOPs for data management and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills Required

? Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.

?

Minimum 3 years of experience

in MIS, data analysis, or business reporting.

? Strong proficiency in

MS Excel

(advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros preferred).

? Working knowledge of

ERP or CRM systems

(experience with Tally ERP or similar is a plus).

? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

? Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.

? Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
