Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

MIS Executive

to manage, analyze, and present key operational and sales data for a real estate organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to generate clear, actionable reports and dashboards for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, consolidate, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly data from various departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Create, maintain, and update Excel reports and dashboards for inventory, sales performance, revenue tracking, lead conversion, and project progress. Design and automate spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.). Prepare PowerPoint presentations and visual reports for management review meetings and investor updates. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of data and resolution of inconsistencies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance. Support CRM data management and ensure accuracy of real-time dashboards. Suggest improvements in reporting tools and techniques to enhance data accuracy and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in MIS, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting standards, and presentation techniques. Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
