Prepare and share daily performance reports of the sales team, including individual and team achievements against targets. Consolidate sales data and generate dashboards for management review. Maintain and update databases with sales records, client details, and other relevant information. Work closely with the sales team to gather required data and resolve discrepancies in reporting. Collaborate with senior management to design customized MIS reports based on business needs. Suggest and implement improvements to the MIS and reporting system to enhance efficiency. Automate repetitive reporting processes to save time and reduce manual errors. Compliance and Ensure all reporting is aligned with regulatory and organizational guidelines. Maintain a repository of all reports for future reference and audits.

Candidate Profile

3+ years of experience as MIS executive, preferably from BFSI and NBFC sector. Proficiency in

for dashboard creation and data visualization. Strong command of

l, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
