Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced

MIS Executive

with a strong analytical mindset and

3+ years of experience

in data management, reporting, and process optimization. This role will be key in driving

data-driven decision-making

and improving reporting efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain

daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

for management review. Analyze data from

sales, service, and operations

to identify trends and improvement areas. Create and manage

dashboards, performance trackers

, and analytical summaries. Ensure

data accuracy and consistency

across all reports and systems. Collaborate with internal teams to

automate reports and streamline data flow

. Support management with

ad-hoc analysis, forecasting

, and presentations. Assist in

process improvement initiatives

and develop SOPs for data management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's in

Commerce / BBA / BCA

or related field.

3+ years of experience

in MIS, data analytics, or business reporting. Strong proficiency in

MS Excel

(advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards; macros preferred). Working knowledge of

ERP or CRM systems

(Tally ERP experience is a plus). Excellent

analytical and problem-solving skills

with attention to detail. Strong

communication and coordination

abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
