Job Overview:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing data to generate reports that support business decision-making. This role involves maintaining and updating management information systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing timely insights to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate and timely MIS reports. Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports. Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized reports. Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from data to assist management in decision-making. Automate regular reports and workflows to improve efficiency. Maintain databases and troubleshoot any data-related issues. Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. Proven experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros). Experience with database management and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management skills to handle multiple reports and deadlines. Knowledge of data visualization techniques.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
