Developed database reports to facilitate management evaluation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Generated comprehensive reports for analysis, overseeing backend operations.

CONTACT Utilized MS Excel for MIS reporting at the operational level, producing various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Preparing a PPT for the weekly sales heads review, using various charts and designs to highlight the top and bottom performers.

Prepared and maintained daily MIS data, ensuring management was consistently updated. Analysed data to create reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, supporting decision-making processes.

Conducted end-user training through personalized instruction and detailed documentation, addressing support requests promptly via in-person, telephone, and email communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
