Job Responsibilities:
Leading Project for AI like Video,Audio & General Transcriptions
Manage Vendor & doing vendor management
Making and monitoring for production analysis to help planning of entire Production Team.
Weekly score card and production report to be sent to top management and team leaders.
Prepare report through "Tableau Analytics "software also.
Responsible for all the quality controls checking of production department.
Reporting and meeting with my colleagues and team leaders once in a week.
Identifying root cause analysis and submit to the management for further improvement of the performance of the production team.
Monitoring a setup for the new client performance by production and QA team.
If Production Team required, some data to Reduce Error % then give to him.
Leading junior employees in team & help him to solve their problems.
