Job Title: MIS Executive

Education: Any Graduate with good analytical skill & good in Advance Excel knowledge

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze data to identify trends, generate reports, and create dashboards to inform management and support operational efficiency.

System Management:

Plan, design, and coordinate computer systems and networks, ensuring smooth IT operations and system efficiency.

Data Integrity:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data from various sources, manage databases, and develop systems to maintain data quality.

Technology Integration:

Implement and maintain technology solutions that support business objectives and evaluate improvements for existing systems.

Security & Compliance:

Manage data security, backup, and recovery plans, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and data privacy regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with operations, quality, and training teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve processes to enhance efficiency and resource allocation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, VBA

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and solve issues effectively.

Communication Skills:

Ability to clearly communicate insights and data requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Adaptability:

Be dynamic and capable of adapting to changing business needs and technological advancements.
