We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
MIS Executive - Talent Acquisition
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining hiring data accuracy, generating reports, and providing key insights that support efficient recruitment processes. Prior experience in managing data for large-scale hiring operations, especially within the Food & Beverage or cloud kitchen sector, will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and dashboards to ensure real-time accuracy across multiple locations.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports highlighting hiring funnel metrics--sourcing, interviews, offers, and joining status.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to track position-wise progress and flag delays or gaps in the hiring process.
Ensure data hygiene and consistency in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other internal HR tools.
Create visual dashboards and hiring analytics presentations for leadership and review meetings.
Provide headcount vs. hiring status comparisons, assisting in workforce planning and budget alignment.
Support documentation and audits by maintaining records of interviews, offers, and joining data.
Work closely with other HR team members to assist with reporting related to onboarding, offer letters, and recruitment spends.
Requirements
----------------
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred but not required.
2 years of experience in MIS or HR operations, preferably within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage large datasets, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
