to manage daily stock data entries, raw material receipt, consumption, dispatch records, and MIS reports in our seafood processing unit. The candidate must have experience in handling seafood (fish, cephalopods, shrimps, etc.) documentation and stock control systems.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily raw material receipts, batch-wise production, and finished goods stock.
Update stock entries in Excel including:
Raw Fish, Shrimp, Cephalopods, Value-added products
Packaging materials
Cold storage inventory
Maintain accurate production consumption reports:
Yield %, Glazing %, Size-wise grading, Rejection, Waste
Coordinate with Purchase, QC, Production & Stores for: Material inward & outward entries Batch/lot number tracking. Generate daily & weekly MIS reports such as: RM stock report FG stock status & warehouse occupancy. Production yield & variance reports. Track and report inventory discrepancies and wastage. Assist in periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Commerce/Business/Seafood/Management/Any stream.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in seafood industry inventory/MIS (preferred).
Good knowledge of Seafood species, size grading, yield, glaze & packing formats.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
Attention to detail & accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work with production, QC, purchase & dispatch teams.
