Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing analytical reports, supporting decision-making through dashboards, and ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, logistics, and planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, maintain, and analyze SCM data (procurement, shipment tracking, inventory, and supplier performance).

Develop and manage MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Monitor order status, shipment timelines, and stock movements.

Support demand forecasting, material planning, and supplier performance tracking.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for data accuracy.

Identify data inconsistencies and support process improvement through automation or reporting tools.

Maintain data confidentiality and ensure reports are submitted within timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboard creation).

Knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally / Supply Chain software (preferred).

Good analytical, logical thinking, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle large data sets and prepare actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Operations / Business Administration / Engineering.

2 years of experience in MIS Reporting / Supply Chain / Operations Analytics.

Experience in a manufacturing, trading, or import/export environment is preferred.
