Job Description

System management:

Oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS).

Data management:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to ensure its integrity, accuracy, and security.

Reporting:

Generate and distribute regular, ad-hoc, and customized reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management to support strategic decision-making.

Collaboration:

Work with different departments to understand their information needs and provide data solutions.

Problem-solving:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MIS and reporting tools.

System improvement:

Support the development and implementation of new reporting tools and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in data analysis and report generation. Proficiency in advanced Excel is often a must. Familiarity with databases and data management systems. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
