Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Senior MIS Executive

to join our BMP department. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of

Google Apps Script

and

JavaScript

, and be capable of designing automated reporting systems, dashboards, and operational tools using Google Sheets and other cloud-based tools. The candidate should also demonstrate leadership ability to guide a small team and ensure timely and accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain customised MIS tools and dashboards using

Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and JavaScript.

Create automated workflows and reporting systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Collect, process, and analyse operational and performance data across departments to generate actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver accurate and timely reports. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all MIS systems. Lead a team of 4-5 team members, delegate tasks, and provide mentorship and support. Identify opportunities for automation and digitisation within business processes and design solutions accordingly. Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management for decision-making. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and regular system audits to ensure functionality and reliability. Train end users and team members on newly developed tools and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in MIS. Strong knowledge of

Google Apps Script, JavaScript, and advanced Google Sheets functions.

Experience in data visualisation and dashboard creation using Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or similar tools is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
