We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MIS Executive to manage and analyze data, create reports and dashboards, and support teams with insights that drive smart decisions. Be the go-to person for business trends and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, prepare and maintain periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) MIS reports covering key metrics (e.g. production volume, scrap, downtime, capacity utilization, order fulfilment, inventory levels, material consumption, cost variances).
Consolidate data from multiple sources (ERP, shop-floor logs, manual sheets, machines) into central MIS.
Update dashboards for management visualization of KPIs and trends.
Monitor variances, anomalies, deviations, and trigger alerts / exceptions.
Support dashboards for sales, procurement, quality, maintenance, logistics, and financial interfaces (for cross-functional visibility).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Management, Computer Science, or related field.
1,3 years experience in MIS / data analytics / reporting role (manufacturing or operations preferred). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas). Experience with Power Automate, Power BI.
Basic scripting / automation (VBA, Python, SQL, macros, Power Query etc.) Understanding of ERP systems / shop-floor systems Knowledge of data modelling, dashboards and visualization best practices.
Understanding of manufacturing operations, metrics (OEE, throughput, scrap, downtime etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders Interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple departments.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail Ability to interpret data, spot trends, detect outliers and anomalies.
Proactive, self-driven, able to work with minimal supervision Curious, eager to learn new tools, continuously improve Ability to work under deadlines, multi-tasking.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with standard working hours i.e. 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
