Job Description

Key Responsibilities MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for

sales, stock, purchase, margins, and store performance

Maintain dashboards for

store-wise, SKU-wise, category-wise performance

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

Retail Operations Support

Track

store KPIs

such as sales growth, footfall conversion, ATV, and productivity Monitor

stock movement, slow-moving & non-moving inventory

Assist in demand forecasting and replenishment planning

Data Management

Extract data from

POS systems, ERP (SAP / Tally / Retail software)

Maintain master data for

products, vendors, pricing, and stores

Automate reports using

Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA (if applicable)

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with

store managers, supply chain, finance, and sales teams

Share actionable insights with management to improve efficiency and profitability

Compliance & Accuracy

Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to internal MIS standards

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

Retail MIS & Operations

Advanced

MS Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) Experience with

POS systems & retail ERPs

Analytical mindset with attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

Graduate in

Commerce / Business Administration / Statistics / IT

Certification in

Advanced Excel / MIS / Data Analytics

(preferred)

Experience

2-5 years of experience

as MIS Executive in

Retail / FMCG / Chain Stores

Hands-on experience in

sales reporting, inventory analysis, and store operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
