**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **MIS Executive** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in **Google Suite** and **Excel** for reporting, data management, and process improvement.
*Key Responsibilities**

• Develop, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

• Work with large data sets to create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.

• Automate reports and ensure timely delivery of accurate data.

• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reports.

• Support in preparing presentations and business review reports using Google Suite.

• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Competencies**

• Proficiency in **Google Suite** (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Forms).

• Advanced knowledge of **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3 to 7 years of proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar reporting/analyst role.
