We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Executive - QA/MIS

to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving quality control processes, maintaining data accuracy within MIS systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

This role is vital to driving continuous improvement in product quality, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and monitor quality control activities across production processes. Oversee the collection, storage, and management of data in MIS systems. Ensure consistent and accurate data entry and implement validation and cleansing processes to improve data quality. Conduct and analyze tests and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory quality standards. Identify areas for improvement and support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to testing procedures, quality issues, and improvement initiatives. Generate reports on quality metrics and present findings to management. Supervise and train QC/QA team members, including Round QC and Lab Testers. Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance and 5S workplace management initiatives. Approve leaves and manage shift schedules of Round QC/Line Checkers. Train and mentor team members on relevant QA topics and procedures.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

Technical Knowledge:

Quality Management Systems (QMS) Incoming & In-Process Quality Inspection Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA Documentation & Data Management Practices 5S Workplace Management ISO 9001:2015 Standards Diaper technology (preferred for FMCG/Personal Care industry)

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy

, or related discipline.

3-5 years

of experience in

Quality Assurance/Control

within the

FMCG

or related sector. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
