Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, and returns to ensure platform data accuracy.
Analyze trends for demand forecasting and operational optimization.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement industry best practices.
Create invoices for B2B orders.
Upload all portal sales and return data into the system.
Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely stock pickups.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and effective communication skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in MIS or e-commerce operations.
