To support the production department by maintaining, analyzing, and presenting accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and improving efficiency in production planning, monitoring, and control.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and consolidate daily production data (output, wastage, downtime, material consumption, yield, etc.).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for production performance, efficiency, and variance analysis.
Maintain records related to manpower utilization, and machine performance.
Assist in audits by providing required production data and documentation.
Support planning and scheduling teams with real-time data inputs.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of
production processes in food manufacturing

Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
