We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy

MIS Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with

MS Office

, particularly

Excel

, and capable of generating various MIS reports using tools like

VLOOKUP

,

HLOOKUP

,

Pivot Tables

, and performing

data analysis

.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, update, and maintain MIS reports as per business requirements Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for accurate data management Analyze and interpret data to support strategic decision-making Ensure timely preparation and sharing of reports with relevant departments Maintain data confidentiality and integrity Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting as needed

Required Candidate Profile:

Typing Speed:

Minimum 40 WPM

Computer Skills:

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Suite

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Shift:

Comfortable working in

Night Shift

Attention to Detail:

Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce or IT) Prior experience in MIS/Data Entry/Back Office roles is an advantage Ability to work independently and in a team environment
