Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented MIS / Operations Executive to support reporting, data management, system updates, and digital platform coordination. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and comfortable handling multiple operational responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain stock reports, including stock transfer records. Create and manage production planning reports. Generate and submit daily sales reports for internal accounting purposes. Update product pricing and images on online food delivery platforms. Maintain accurate, date-wise records for raw materials and packaging inventory. Ensure regular updates and maintenance of company software systems. Monitor basic digital security requirements, including antivirus and firewall updates. Support data protection practices and routine system maintenance activities. Review existing operational processes and suggest improvements where required. Conduct research, participate in workshops, and stay informed about industry trends when applicable.
Requirements

2-3 years of experience in MIS, operations, or a related role. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and data management tools. Basic understanding of software maintenance and IT security practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
