We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel and data management. This role involves daily financial tracking, payment processing, and report generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage daily merchant payment records.
Ensure timely payments and maintain UPI transaction logs.
Recover payments made for incomplete work via follow-up calls.
Match daily debit and credit entries accurately.
Prepare and share daily, FTD (First Time Data), and MTD (Month-To-Date) reports.
Generate team-wise registration data and performance reports.
Create customized MIS reports as requested by Team Leaders.
Maintain bank transfer records and summaries.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a similar MIS/Data Management role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage large volumes of data independently.
