Maintain and update stock sheets on a daily and monthly basis.
Ensure accuracy in stock data and reconcile discrepancies.
Track inventory movements and provide real-time updates.
Reporting & MIS:
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Generate MIS reports related to stock levels, consumption, and trends.
Analyze stock data to support management decision-making.
Communication & Coordination:
Share updated stock sheets and reports with relevant teams/groups.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams for inventory updates.
Ensure timely reporting and compliance with reporting schedules.
Data Management & Analysis:
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.
Use Excel formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards for data analysis.
Identify patterns and insights from stock reports.
