Position Overview

The MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational and financial data to support decision-making across departments. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in data management, helping the hospitality business optimize performance and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, compile, and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly operational data (revenue, F&B sales, guest feedback, etc.).

Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for management review.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.

Coordinate with IT teams to resolve system issues and ensure smooth functioning.

Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Provide insights to management for strategic planning and operational improvements.

Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for reports.

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR teams to provide customized reports.

Support senior management in decision-making with timely information.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in hospitality or service industry.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and reporting tools.

Familiarity with hospitality systems (PMS, POS, ERP).

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
