Job Type: Full-time Location: Mumbai (Local candidates only) Experience Required: 2-4 Years Salary: ₹15,000 - ?25,000 per month About the Role We are hiring an MIS Executive for our HVAC contracting company based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing, managing, and analyzing data to support project operations and management reporting. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in MS Excel and Google Sheets and comfortable working in a project-based environment. Key Responsibilities o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to projects, site progress, procurement, billing, and manpower o Create and maintain Excel and Google Sheets trackers and dashboards o Collect and consolidate data from project sites, accounts, and procurement teams o Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and discrepancies o Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to management o Maintain structured databases for materials, vendors, work orders, and costs o Automate reports using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting o Provide ad-hoc reports and data support as required by management Requirements o Graduate in any discipline o 2-4 years of experience as an MIS Executive o Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets o Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills o Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple reports o Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications o Experience in HVAC, construction, or contracting industry o Mumbai-based candidate preferred o Immediate or short notice period candidates will be given preference Benefits o Competitive salary as per experience o Stable work environment o Opportunity to work with experienced project teams Schedule o Day shift : 10 am -6.30 am (Mon - Sat)
