About the Role:

Routematic is looking for a meticulous and analytical

MIS Executive

to join our team in Pune. This role is essential for supporting data-driven decisions, optimizing service delivery, and enhancing client satisfaction through detailed reporting and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer-related data, preparing insightful dashboards and reports, and creating impactful presentations that support our customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer usage patterns, feedback trends, and support-related data. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and other teams to provide data-driven recommendations. Prepare client-ready and internal PowerPoint presentations using analyzed data. Work extensively on

MS Excel

for report automation and dashboard creation using

Advanced Excel

,

Macros

, and

VBA scripting

. Identify performance trends and flag anomalies for proactive problem resolution. Support business reviews (monthly, quarterly) with structured data and visual insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 3-4 years of relevant experience in an MIS, Data Analyst role Strong command of

MS Excel

, including

Advanced Excel functions, Macros, and VBA

. Proficiency in creating presentations using

PowerPoint

. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication skills for presenting insights clearly and effectively. High attention to detail and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
