Overview

Wild Glow Cosmetics is seeking an experienced MIS Executive with strong e-commerce expertise to support our growing business operations. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume data reporting, analytics, and dashboard development across multiple online sales channels, ensuring accurate insights and efficient decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales, inventory, and performance data from Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and other e-commerce platforms. Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews. Maintain product, pricing, and stock data accuracy across e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to track KPIs and resolve data discrepancies. Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business reporting requirements. Provide data-driven insights that contribute to operational efficiency and business growth.

Role Requirements:

2-4 years of MIS or data management experience. Mandatory experience in the e-commerce industry. Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, and large datasets. Familiarity with Shopify and marketplace dashboards is essential. Experience with BI/reporting tools is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to operate with accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month

Do you have a minimum of 2 years of MIS/Data Management experience specifically in the e-commerce industry? Have you worked on Shopify or any other marketplace dashboards such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart? Are you currently working in or based in Mumbai, and willing to work from our Andheri West office? Do you have advanced Excel expertise, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and dashboard reporting? Have you managed daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, sales trackers, and e-commerce business summaries? Have you previously worked with large data sets and reconciled sales/inventory/order data across platforms? Have you managed order, sales, and inventory reporting across multiple e-commerce platforms simultaneously? Do you have hands-on experience creating dashboards or automated reporting sheets? Are you comfortable working with reconciliation reports (sales vs payment gateway / marketplace payouts)? Have you worked directly with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, marketplace, or marketing teams?
