Job Title: MIS Executive - E-Commerce Department

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our E-Commerce operations through accurate data management, reporting, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, analytical thinking, and experience in managing marketplace data.

? Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Data Management o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for all e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.). o Maintain SKU-level data including pricing, inventory, and sales performance. o Track order status, returns, cancellations, and payment reconciliation. o Analyze marketplace dashboards and extract performance insights.

2. Marketplace Operations Support o Monitor stock levels for all platforms and update inventory on time. o Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for order fulfillment accuracy. o Support listing teams with data for new products, attributes, and pricing. o Track promotions, deals, and campaigns with pre- and post-analysis reports.

3. Business Analytics o Generate reports on profitability, product performance, and category trends. o Monitor KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, return rate, and dispatch TAT. o Support management with data-driven insights for decision making.

4. Process Improvements o Identify data gaps and streamline reporting processes. o Automate repetitive reports using formulas, pivot tables, macros, or dashboards. ? Required Skills & Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field. o 1-3 years of experience in MIS or E-Commerce data analysis (preferred). o Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards). o Knowledge of marketplace panels like Seller Central, Vendor Central, Seller Flex, etc. o Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace metrics. o Good communication and coordination skills.

? Preferred Skills: o Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus. o Knowledge of inventory or ERP systems. o Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
