The MIS Executive - Sales Process will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting sales-related data to support decision-making and improve overall sales performance. This role involves creating dashboards, maintaining sales trackers, monitoring KPIs, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Data Management
Collect, compile, and verify sales data from various sources (CRM, Excel sheets, ERP, field team reports).
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of all sales-related data.
2. Reporting & Dashboard Creation
Prepare detailed sales performance reports for management review.
Develop interactive dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, lead conversions, productivity, and targets vs. achievements.
3. Sales Process Tracking
Monitor lead lifecycle from generation to closure and highlight bottlenecks.
Maintain pipeline and funnel reports for B2B/B2C sales teams.
Track sales executives' daily activities, follow-up status, and performance metrics.
4. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams for data collection and process alignment.
Share MIS reports with leadership and ensure timely insights are communicated.
5. Process Improvement
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales efficiency.
Recommend automation opportunities and enhancements in reporting.
Assist in standardizing and documenting sales-related processes.
Key Skills Required
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros preferred).
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and reporting platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in MIS, Sales Coordination, or Business Operations role.
Experience in a sales-driven environment preferred.
