Job Description

Job Purpose:



To manage and maintain company data, prepare reports, analyze operational and project performance, and support management in decision-making through effective use of MIS tools and systems in the HVAC business environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Data Management & Reporting

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for project, sales, purchase, service, and HR departments. Collect and consolidate site-wise reports (material, manpower, progress, attendance, etc.). Prepare dashboards and performance summaries for management review. Maintain data accuracy in Excel, ERP, or company-specific software.

Project Monitoring

Track project progress, timelines, and billing schedules. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for daily and weekly updates. Prepare comparative and productivity reports for ongoing HVAC projects.

Procurement & Inventory MIS

Maintain purchase and stock records. Monitor vendor billing, purchase orders, and material dispatch data.

Finance & HR Support

Assist in salary sheet preparation based on attendance and site reports. Maintain petty cash, expense reports, and reimbursement tracking. Support management with ad-hoc data and analysis as required.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with departments (Accounts, Purchase, Project, Sales, HR) for data inputs. Ensure timely submission of reports to management and clients.

Required Skills:



Strong proficiency in

MS Excel

(Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboard creation). Good understanding of

HVAC operations and project flow

. Knowledge of

MIS tools / ERP software / Google Sheets

. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. Strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in

Commerce / Science / Engineering / IT / Management

.

2-5 years

of experience in MIS or data reporting, preferably in

HVAC, construction, or MEP industry

.

Key Competencies:



Time management and multitasking ability. Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach. Team coordination and confidentiality handling.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
