Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated

MIS Executive

to support our

IFMS Project for BPCL Petrol Pumps

. The candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational data, ensuring accuracy, and providing timely insights to the management team. The ideal candidate must be

proficient in Advanced Excel

and comfortable working with large data sets related to field operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to the

IFMS Project

. Analyze operational and maintenance data and generate insights for performance improvement. Consolidate information from field teams, verify data accuracy, and update dashboards. Prepare detailed Excel reports using

Advanced Excel tools

such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts, and formulas. Coordinate with technical and field teams for data collection and validation. Track work progress, manpower reports, and other project KPIs. Support management in report presentations and decision-making through accurate MIS updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, or any related discipline. Minimum

2 years of experience

in MIS or data reporting roles.

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel

(Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Formulas, etc.). Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and data management practices. Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

Experience in

IFMS projects or oil & gas / field service data management

. Knowledge of Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
