To manage and maintain marketing data, generate accurate reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making in marketing operations, campaigns, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, compile, and maintain marketing data from various sources (CRM, campaigns, leads, digital platforms, sales inputs, etc.).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on marketing performance, lead generation, campaign ROI, and other KPIs.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports shared with management.
Maintain and update marketing dashboards and databases.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to collect data and validate reports.
Support marketing team with ad-hoc reports and presentations for management review.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong proficiency in
Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
.
Knowledge of
CRM software
(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) preferred.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in Commerce,
1-2 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or reporting, preferably in marketing or sales support function.
