Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Executive (HR Ops) to join our

growing HR team. This role involves managing and analyzing HR data, creating reports and

dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting compliance through efficient MIS

management and supporting HR operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Data Management & Reporting

? Prepare, maintain and update various HR reports and dashboards (HR MIS, attendance,

attrition, onboarding trackers, etc.).

? Create and manage Google Sheets-based trackers for onboarding, background checks and

employee lifecycle.

? Generate reports and insights for HR leadership and business teams.

Key Requirements:

? Qualification: Bachelors Degree

? Experience: 1-2 years in an MIS, HR Operations, or similar role

? Strong command over HRMS tools, Google Sheets/Forms, and report generation.

? Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.)

? Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Forms

? Familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus

? High attention to detail

? Strong written and verbal communication skills
