at Fiza Healthcare, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive procurement efficiency, enhance reporting, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders across various departments. Your primary role will involve performance analysis, data reporting, dashboard creation, and ensuring data accuracy to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of procurement performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of procurement strategies and make recommendations for optimization.
Report Generation:
Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, inventory management, and cost optimization.
Provide actionable insights to key stakeholders, including senior management and procurement teams.
Dashboard Development:
Design and create interactive, user-friendly dashboards using data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) to enhance data accessibility and understanding.
Ensure dashboards are updated regularly and serve as a real-time source of performance data.
Data Integrity:
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for performance analysis and reporting.
Implement regular data validation processes and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, procurement, IT, and other stakeholders, to gather data requirements and ensure reporting aligns with business needs.
Facilitate seamless communication between teams to ensure data is accurate and relevant.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements in reporting and data analysis.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in performance analysis and reporting.
Effective Communication:
Tailor performance insights and trends to different audiences, ensuring the message is clear and relevant for all stakeholders.
Present findings to senior management, offering recommendations to optimize procurement and marketing strategies.
About You:
Experience:
Proven experience in performance analysis and reporting within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically related to procurement, marketing, or product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with industry-specific metrics such as cost per unit, supplier performance, and procurement cycle time is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to design and maintain dashboards.
Experience with data analytics, reporting, and database management.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data and trends to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across different functions.
Problem-Solving:
Strong ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and continuously improve reporting processes.
Industry Knowledge:
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and procurement processes is a plus.
