GT SALES ANALYST / MIS EXECUTIVE - GENERAL TRADE
LOCATION: MUMBAI, Wadala
JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage all reporting, tracking, and performance analysis related to General Trade (GT) sales. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales team with real-time data insights, market trends, and actionable reports to optimize GT performance and drive informed decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile, validate, and analyse GT sales data across regions, distributors, and SKUs.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management and field teams
- Track secondary and primary sales, stock movement, and distributor performance.
- Maintain accurate dashboards, trackers, and visual presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
- Monitor GT sales KPIs including target vs achievement, productivity, beat plan adherence, and order frequency.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to align data flow and reporting accuracy.
- Support GT trade schemes tracking, claims, and ROI evaluation.
- Prepare business presentations and performance summaries for review meetings.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
REQUIRED SKILLS *
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts), PowerPoint
-Knowledge of GT operations and sales data flow
-Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
-Experience in FMCG or Cosmetic Industry preferred
-Excellent communication and time management
