Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets

, data management, and reporting. A background in

Mathematics or Statistics

will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports accurately and on time. Develop, update, and manage dashboards for business performance tracking. Use

Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index-Match, and other advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions

for data analysis. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and present actionable insights to management. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and systems. Support various departments by providing customized reports as per requirements. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in data reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in

Advanced Excel

(Formulas, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Data Validation, Power Query preferred). Strong knowledge of

Google Sheets

with collaborative features. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage large datasets with accuracy and efficiency. Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor's degree in

Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field

preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1

of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role. Exposure to business reporting tools and automation will be an added advantage. Experience in Jewellery Manufacturing Industry will be a boon

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
