Position: MIS Executive

Location: zaveri bazaar , Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and present business data effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker Studio, AppSheet, and Advanced Excel, with the ability to create insightful dashboards, automate workflows, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and Looker Studio.

Build and maintain AppSheet applications for process automation and data collection.

Automate reporting processes using Google Sheets and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, VBA/Macros).

Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of all reports.

Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven solutions.

Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting roles.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, and AppSheet.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Office-based (Dadar location).
