Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Consolidate and analyze data from various departments (HR, PPC, Operations).
Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management review.
Generate accurate and timely reports to support decision-making.
Identify trends, variances, and provide insights from data analysis.
Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
Coordinate with teams to collect data and resolve discrepancies.
Support automation of reporting processes wherever possible (Excel / Power BI / other tools).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in MIS, Data Reporting, or Business Analysis.
Proficiency in
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
.
Knowledge of
Power BI / Tableau / SQL
will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
Good communication and presentation skills.
