Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MIS & Systems Developer with expertise in Advanced Excel,

Google Workspace, and automation tools to develop, maintain, and enhance our

management information systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in data

processing, custom function development, workflow automation, and scripting using

Deluge Editor. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a problem-solving

approach to streamline business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

oMIS Development & Management:

oDesign and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data models for various business

functions.

oAutomate reporting processes and optimize data collection, transformation, and

visualization workflows.

oExcel & Google Workspace Automation:

oDevelop and maintain complex formulas, advanced functions, and conditional

formatting for data analysis.

oImplement and troubleshoot LOOKUP functions (VLOOKUP , HLOOKUP , XLOOKUP ,

INDEX-MATCH, etc.) for data retrieval.

oCreate and enhance Google Sheets and Excel Macros (VBA & Apps Script) for

automation.

oDesign custom functions and scripts to improve e?ciency in Google Sheets and Excel.

oSystem & Workflow Development:

oDevelop and maintain custom business applications using Deluge Script (Zoho

Creator, Zoho Analytics, or similar platforms).

oAutomate and integrate business processes using Google Apps Script, APIs, and third-

party automation tools.

oEnsure data integrity and security across MIS systems and applications.

oSupport & Troubleshooting:

oProvide technical support for MIS-related issues and ensure smooth functioning of

automated systems.

oCollaborate with different teams to understand requirements and develop solutions

accordingly.

oMaintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

oTechnical Skills:

oAdvanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, VBA)

oExpertise in Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Google Workspace automation

oStrong understanding of conditional formatting, data validation, and custom functions

oExperience in Deluge scripting (Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, etc.)

oHands-on experience with API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Power

Automate, etc.)

oKnowledge of database management and SQL is a plus.

oSoft Skills:

oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills

oAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects

oEffective communication and collaboration skills

oAttention to detail and data accuracy

oEducational Background & Experience:

oBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT , Business Analytics, or related field.

o2+ years of experience in MIS development, automation, or systems development.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but a Plus):

oMicrosoft Excel Expert Certification

oGoogle Workspace Certification

oZoho Creator Certification

oSQL or Data Analytics Certification
