Roles and Responsibilities

:

1. Report Preparation & Data Management

Prepare and update

daily, weekly, and monthly reports

that are used by departments like Sales, Marketing, and Management. Maintain records related to

inquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and site visits

. Help ensure the management team gets

accurate and timely data

for planning and review.

2. Real Estate Project & Client Data Handling

Maintain structured data for

projects, client interactions, and sales progress

. Keep track of

lead status, conversion ratios, and customer feedback

. Assist in organizing data related to

multiple ongoing real estate projects

.

3. Dashboard Creation & Performance Tracking

Design easy-to-understand

dashboards and summary reports

for senior management. Show project-wise updates, sales performance, target vs actuals, etc. Use

MS Excel/Google Sheets

to represent insights visually.

4. Team Coordination & Confidentiality

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Admin) to collect and verify data. Occasionally support

HR or Finance

with basic reporting or data entry. Ensure

data confidentiality

is maintained at all times, especially for customer and business-sensitive information.

Requirements

:

Only

female candidates

Minimum 3-4 year of experience in MIS or data entry role.

Proficient in

MS Excel

(vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas).

Attention to detail and time management skills.

Candidates with certifications or coursework in

MS Office/Excel

or

Data Analytics

will be preferred.
