We are hiring for a MIS Executive

Department: Operations / Sales Location: Mumbai Andheri West
Job Purpose:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decisions across departments such as sales, operations, and HR. The role includes report generation, dashboard creation, and ensuring data accuracy in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Report Generation: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Generate performance reports for departments like sales, HR, production, and logistics. Support data for internal/external audits. Data Management: Maintain and update data records related to sales, inventory, manpower, and operations. Ensure data integrity across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS). Dashboard Creation: Develop real-time dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, production output, dispatch timelines, etc. Process Improvement: Identify gaps and recommend automation or process improvements. Collaborate with IT to implement new tools and ensure database health. Coordination: Liaise with departments across India and Dubai operations to collect required data. Support leadership in business reviews with relevant analytics.
Key Skills Required:

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) Power BI / Tableau (added advantage) Basic SQL knowledge preferred Attention to detail and high accuracy Strong communication & coordination skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
Education & Experience:

Graduate in B.Com / B.Sc / BBA / BCA or relevant field 2-5 years of experience in MIS/Data Management Experience in manufacturing or retail industry preferred

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
