We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team in Pune The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decisionmaking processes This role involves generating reports maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Key Responsibilities

Collect organize and analyze data from various departments to generate insightful reports Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions and other tools Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular audits and validations Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements and provide necessary support Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts Prepare and present reports to management highlighting key metrics and trends Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data
Required Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Pivot Tables Macros etc Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline 2 to 4 years of experience in MIS or a similar role Prior experience in industries like IT Finance or Manufacturing is advantageous
