MIS Executive.



We are seeking a meticulous and customer-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures, as well as the ability to assist customers with policy-related inquiries. The MIS Executive will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical, pharmaceutical, and diagnostic errors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Policy Assistance:

Assist customers in understanding and adding policies. Provide guidance and clarification on policy-related queries.
Technical Error Handling:

Analyze technical errors and transfer them to the appropriate department for resolution.
Pharmaceutical Error Resolution:

Address medication-related inquiries and concerns. Provide guidance on medication doubts and issues
Diagnosis Error Management:

Handle location discrepancies and doctor availability issues. Process reimbursement requests efficiently.
Dashboard Maintenance:

Develop and maintain weekly dashboards for reporting purposes.
Microsoft Outlook and Excel:

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for effective communication. Regular maintenance and advanced usage of Excel for data management and analysis.
Customer Query Handling:

Address customer queries promptly via calls, face-to-face interactions, and emails. Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance or healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Customer-focused with a strong attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:

Candidates must be adaptable to evolving processes and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving. They should demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in handling sensitive customer information and maintaining confidentiality is essential.
