Collecting, cleaning and analyzing data from various sources, such as property listings, sales data, market trends, and customer information. Creating and maintaining databases and data systems for efficient storage and retrieval of information. Using statistical and mathematical techniques to identify patterns and trends in data. Creating reports and visualizations to present findings to management and other stakeholders Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management based on data analysis Collaborating with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Staying up-to-date with new technologies and methodologies for data analysis.
