We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who can manage reports, analyze data, and support automation using Excel, Google Sheets, Java, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will combine data analysis skills with IT and programming knowledge to drive efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
Key Responsibilities
? MIS Reporting:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
? Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze large data sets using Excel/Google Sheets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
? Automation:
Develop Excel Macros and use Java/JavaScript to automate repetitive reporting tasks, improving efficiency.
? System Integration:
Work with IT team to integrate data from ERP/CRM systems and troubleshoot reporting-related issues.
? Error Checking & Validation:
Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and correct errors to ensure reliable reports.
? Decision Support:
Provide analytical support to management for planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.
? Cross-Department Coordination:
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations teams to gather and validate data as required.
Skills & Requirements
? Strong command of Google Sheets, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
? Knowledge of Java & JavaScript for automation/reporting tasks.
? Familiarity with SQL / Power BI / Tableau (preferred but not mandatory).
? Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in English & Hindi).
? Strong communication and presentation abilities.
? Ability to work under pressure and maintain accountability of task.
Education & Experience
? Graduate in Commerce / IT / Statistics / Computer Science or equivalent
? 3-5 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis / Reporting
? Freshers with excellent Excel + IT knowledge may also apply
