Role Resposibilities:
MIS Executive (Maintaining Balanced Scorecard / Network Scorecard)
Could also be titled Performance Coordinator, Strategy Execution Coordinator, or Dealer Scorecard Coordinator
Organizational Context
The role typically lies under Dealer/Channel Performance, Sales & Service Excellence, or Operations functions.
They liaise between Corporate / Regional offices and dealership network to enforce, monitor, and drive performance metrics using scorecards (BSC, NSC).
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Scorecard Implementation & Management
Maintain and roll out BSC / NSC frameworks to dealer / branch / network levels.
Ensure all scorecard parameters, weightages, and benchmarks are clearly communicated.
Generate dashboards, variance analysis, trend reports, gap analysis.
Act as interface between corporate, regional offices, and dealers.
Conduct training, workshops, webinars to explain scorecard changes or new KPIs.
Regular review meetings with regions / business heads to discuss performance.
Periodically review and evolve the BSC/NSC metrics to align with strategic priorities.
Communication & presentation skills to interact with senior stakeholders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
