We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
MIS & Administration Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data collection, MIS reporting, and analysis, while also ensuring smooth office administration and operational support. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in systems, and the ability to handle day-to-day office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:1. Data Collection and Validation
Collect and validate data from various internal and external sources.
Identify and correct data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
2. MIS Reporting
Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports tailored to management's needs.
Ensure accurate, timely, and formatted reporting of business metrics.
3. Data Analysis
Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Deliver actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
4. System Maintenance
Maintain and update MIS systems in coordination with the IT team.
Ensure data systems are secure and functioning efficiently.
5. Stakeholder Support
Provide timely data support to teams including management, sales, and operations.
Respond to ad-hoc data requests and reporting queries.
6. Administrative Support
Organize and maintain office records, files, and databases.
Coordinate meetings, events, and prepare supporting documents.
7. Communication
Act as a point of contact for visitors, employees, and clients.
Manage calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
8. Office Operations
Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
Ensure a clean, organized, and functional office environment.
9. Data Entry and Record-Keeping
Accurately input and maintain data in systems.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
10. Special Projects
Assist with special assignments and projects as delegated by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in MIS, data management, administrative support, or a similar role.
Skills Required:
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Charts, etc.)
Familiarity with MIS/reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau - preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage confidential information
Coordination and multitasking capabilities
